Doctor-Developed Platform For Burnout
A platform designed by doctors has launched to address acute and chronic issues related to the mental health of healthcare workers, called Healthbook+.
The digital care platform uses predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to give guided steps for staff who are experiencing burnout, career fatigue, anxiety or depression.
The heath data comes from many sources including electronic health records, wearable health trackers and self-reporting and uses that data to improve overall staff health through personalized guidance for care.
21% of workers say their company does not offer any program to help alleviate burnout, according to survey by Zippia. Even long after the COVID-19 Pandemic, up to 37% of Americans will be working from home by 2030. The burnout rate was 59% as of 2022, which was up 13.5% from 2021.
