Instagram Restrictions

A recent study found that teens aged 12-15 who used social media over three hours each day faced double the risk of having negative mental health outcomes, including anxiety, depression and suicidality. Social media platforms have been urged to integrate measures to protect teens from harmful content and outcomes. Instagram just announced a plan to boost privacy and limit sensitive content for minors. All accounts of users younger than 18 will be made private by default and supervision tools for parents will be added.
